We are the Spastic Children’s Association of Johor.
Our objective is to provide education and services to cerebral palsy children.
We had our initial exploratory meeting on 18th May 1967 and at this meeting we invited voluntary workers (mostly wives of Naval Officers), representatives from Rotary, Jaycees, Lions and Apex Club.
